It's a Tardis Lamp

Daughter Miss 9 is super-keen on Doctor Who. On a whim, I created a Tardis lamp. It was going to be just a re-decorated milk carton but ended up being a project in itself.

It measures 5 inches in height with cut-out windows covered with vellum. Once I got started, my daughter got into it and suggested I put a lightbulb on top. Fortunately, I had on-hand a battery-operated light garland which served quite well.

Having a score board really helped. The windows, including the phone window, are from the Quickutz Santa's workshop set.
